when i make a custom page, on both the navbar and more dropdown, it gives me a 404 error

This is an issue I had with PebbleHost previously, however I moved my site to Named Hosting under a whole new domain and installation, and it is still happening.

Error 404 - Not found

Your browser can't find the document corresponding to the URL you typed in.

How do I fix this?

I currently have the domain on Cloudflare.

I seem to be missing Htaccess in my CPanel public_html. How do I get it?
