Sometimes, HTML text box does not appear

Version: V2 Pre5
Since installing the new prerelease I have had multiple instances where the page would finish loading and the place where the html text box would be is just blank. Nothing is there, and it's really annoying to have to reload the page. Is this happening to anyone else? Quite possibly this could just be a internet problem on my end maybe.
