How to install namelessmc?

I'm really new to this so how would you install namelessmc on your own computer and connect through localhost?
If your doing it through windows, you would have to get a Xampp(Apache Mysql PHP Perl) server and install it. It's pretty easy to setup. Just search for Xampp in google. Wamp is one you can search for too.
Then you would download the nameless files and unzip them in the htdocs folder in the wamp folder.
If all goes right you should be able to browse to 127.0.0.1 and it will show the install page for NamelessMC.
