for those having issues with their server and chown www:data

If you're running OpenSuSE Tumbleweed or Leap 15.4 at least, you may have got the headache for the chown -r www-data:www-data /srv/www/htdocs not working properly...
well, try sudo chown (-r or 0600) wwwrun:wwwrun /srv/www/* instead. Not sure if that an issue from having SLES at it's bones, or what.. but that helped me :D
