I need a whitelist module that is able to do the following:

Once a moderator has looked at the website user and did some basic investigations(internet search, bans search, etc), they can do the following:

1. hit a button to approve the user that sends  "/whitelist playername"  to the lobby server of the minecraft server

2. Sends an email to the email on file for the player/user.

or

1. hit a button to rejects the user by opening up a text box that has a default rejection notice that the moderator can customize and hit send on that will send an email to the email on file for the player/user.

I'm willing to pay for this module development.
