Hi, I recently set up a new website using nameless on an Ubuntu 18.04 VPS that I'm getting from OVH. I don't have a bar that users can automatically click to format their posts, and keyboard shortcuts like ctrl+b and ctrl+u only work until I click submit to post something, and then they disappear. I'm not 100% sure what to call the thing I'm looking to set up, and it's probably simple and not knowing what it's called is probably why I can't figure it out, but here's what I mean:

TL;DR I don't have one of those bars when creating a post on my site and I want one, but I don't know what that's called or where to look.
