I am getting this error whenever someone tried to register or reset their password. The account
gets created, however they need to activate their account. No emails get sent to them and thus

ok it didn't upload the image but it says this "SQLSTATE[22001]: String data, right truncated: 1406 Data too long for column 'ip' at row 1"

Occasionally when I am loading my website it either A.)takes forever to load or B.)doesn't load properly. Other parts of my website load just fine, so I am thinking it is an error in the code. At this link there are many error in the HTML part of the code which I am suspecting is the cause of the long load times.
