Hey there!

My suggestion to add to the software is an option (preferrably per thread) do enable / disable the person who posted the thread to still be able to view it, even though it's moved into a forum section which you normally can't view. For instance a player could make a staff application or open a support ticket, and the moderators would be able to move them into another category / subcategory (working / done / accepted / etc.) to clean the main category, and to easily organise the forums. (Other staff can see if a ticket has been dealt with / an application has been looked at)

I hope the suggestion is clear the way I tried describing it, but be sure to ask for more info / contact me on discord (Martijnkop#6697) - also, please reply with more / other ways to do it, if its already possible somehow.
