There should be more ways to edit and add to the staff applcation page.
This is what I would love to see:

Add description below each field (in smaller letters), between the title of the field and the field
Placeholders in fields
The opportunity to use the right column on the page aswell, to write stuff etc.
Edit the size of the text area fields
Checkbox field

I really hope to see this added.
