The same error... it's possible the theme is wrong or any option is setted off in config?

Not working... plase can make me a example of code? I paste <(i) class="fas fa-folder-open">(i)>in "Forum Icon" and not work the icon...

Edit: I put the () on i because the web translate the code to the icon. This is the wanted icon: ()

Edit2: I tryed to put the icon in a forum message in my web and show me a symbol. I attach a photo.
