Please help, how can I fix this? I am trying to use my ISP to send verification email:

SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server

I have looked and can see no option "secure" in the php

Port 587 vs port 465

E-mail submission can use two protocols:

• STARTTLS on port 587. In core/config.php, secure should be set to tls (default).
• Implicit TLS on port 465. In core/config.php, secure should be set to ssl.

Any idea where the verification is now because its not at 

StaffCP -> Integrations -> Minecraft -> Account Verification tab

I went away for a couple of days, came back and now getting:

"Sorry something went wrong while loading the page. Please contact the administrator."

Everything was perfect before I went away now I can't even access the panel to see what's wrong. I can't even see errors.
