Good afternoon, I have a question. Does anyone else have custom avatars added?

I just set everything up, but I can't add custom avatars. I even try to put an avatar on my profile, but it doesn't work!

I am also very interested in this! Because I'm trying to turn it off! and after saving it automatically turns on again
