Honest review here: The overall design of the template looks good and brings in new aspects.
Allthough there are not many panel templates around and the necessity of a template for the panel is not that large there has been put some effort in making really a big difference between the default panel and this one.
small minus: it doesnt support all the modules yet. But iam looking forward to contribute to it.
Plus: its open source.
