Friendly URLs Nginx

Hello, my nameless website runs on nginx on my server. I have mod_rewrite enabled and the correct .htaccess and I use cloudfare for ssl. When I've enabled Friendly Urls then every page except the home page will result in a 404. I don't know what to do anymore. Thank you for answering
