Someone PLEASE add a ticket system. The forms system is good but not exactly what a lot of servers need, it also lacks in features, some of these being:

- Claiming

- Different questions based on one (i.e. "What do you need support with?" where clicking "ban appeal" gives you different options then "player report")

this would help SO MUCH

What exactly features leaks in Forms Module? It can be used completly fine as a ticket system

as for claiming you talk about Assigned values? Where a staff member can assigned another staff to handle it and get a alert

Well i don't see alot of people will need this is well also a complicated feature to add

Yes you have it exactly right for claiming.

Changing the titles would also be nice. And members being able to select their own label for it while making the form.

Also, you should make it so you can choose what submissions staff members can see
