Error:
SQLSTATE[HY000] [1698] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'
Please check your database connection settings.
I recently changed vps, i uploaded the site in the new vps and when i try to enter in site he gave me this error

You need to transfer your previous MySQL database to your new vps and update the MySQL database credentials in core/config.php
