Usernames styles with html/css

Is it possible to put colors or animations to the usernames of people in a specific group? or give animations or colors to a specific person, like how it can be done in xenforo?

This is possible at group level only by using the “Group Username CSS” field - this is css which gets applied to the username via an html style attribute
