Good morning,

after I wanted to change the version of my forum from v12 to v13, I have downloaded the update as described and then moved it to the www folder, now after opening the website a fatal error.

What can I do to get my website back online?

If you properly backed up your website and sql database prior to updating, just restore that backup for the website and sql server.

Hi,

You will need to click the "Upgrade" button after uploading the new files. If you did not do this then you should be able to visit /index.php?route=/panel/upgrade to trigger it manually.

You can also check the file cache/logs/fatal-log.log for a more descriptive error.

This typically means the upgrade script hasn't been run - what happens when you visit /index.php?route=/panel/upgrade ?

How can I fix?

If you are upgrading from pre-12 to pre-13, please remove lines 13-17 within the file modules/Core/pages/panel/upgrade.php

Then visit /index.php?route=/panel/upgrade again
