Discord Forum integration

It would be cool to have a module that can be integrated into the forum for when a user creates a topic or something like that, sends it to discord with an embed.

This is already possible via webhooks in the StaffCP -> Configuration -> Webhooks tab. Here's an example from our official Discord server, where news posts get sent across to Discord:
