When I register comes a fatal error and when I reload the page comes that:

If I look in the panel for the user, he is also there, but it comes just when registering this error:

Hi,

Can you please edit your default group in the staff control panel -> Groups tab, and without changing any of the fields click "Submit" at the bottom.

A fix should be available in the next release which will hopefully be available in the near future.
