Hey little problem from my end. I made a website using NamelessMC, I have a domain and set records for the Mails, but I dont know where I have to put the Privat Key, bc as far as I know without it you cant send anything.

Nameless sends emails using SMTP as per https://docs.namelessmc.com/en/smtp

Username and password authentication is used for SMTP authentication.

I dont use an external Mail server, if you mean that.

Nameless itself only offers the ability to use SMTP.

You can disable SMTP within the StaffCP -> Configuration -> Emails tab, but you will need to configure PHP on your web server to use your internal email server first. Unfortunately this is not something I am familiar with doing but I'm sure there will be guides available online to help with this.

Oh wait I have one more thing about this. Your Wiki says you doesnt use a Mailserver by default. An I have to configure my DKIM and SPF, for the DKIM you have to modify the Privat Key for the Email but could I do that in some config or am I getting something wrong here?

Nameless does not have anything to do with DKIM/SPF - you may be able to configure PHP itself to work with this but I do not know how this is done unfortunately.
