Can i use namelessmc on windows server iis?

Yes this is possible, and there is an example web.config file provided: https://github.com/NamelessMC/Nameless/blob/develop/web.config.example
Unfortunately none of the team use IIS so it is unlikely that we will be able to provide you with support for the web server configuration.
