Preset Portal Page for v2

Hey!
Is it possible to make v2 come with a working portal page, that shows the server status, website name, and 4 buttons
below it that direct to the following:
Forums, Vote, Donate, Play
I think it would be a good idea because new players, or some people don't really know how to make
portal pages. Thanks!
