Issue when banning

When i banned a user, it banned me too. now i cant login with the root account
How the heck do i unban myself.. lol

Ok, so i tried logging in with a vpn, that worked.
but there is no Punishments on my account
and when i went back to my normal ip, it still says "You have been banned"
Is it a way to fix this?

I'm looking at the code now, and the only thing I can think of is that you had the same IP as the other user and you issued an IP ban?
In this case, you can try unbanning the other user (using your VPN) to see if that fixes your issue, and then re-issuing the ban ensuring it's a normal ban as opposed to an IP ban.

The user i banned has no ban either, i even deleted the other user
If you have access to your database (using an application like phpMyAdmin), can you check to see if there's anything in the nl2_ip_bans table?
