Basically what I am imagining is a little widget that displays the 5 or 10 or 25 or whatever top voters and/or the most recent voters. If this is possible, I'd love to see this added to NamelessMC.

I use the Voting Plugin module, https://namelessmc.com/resources/resource/2-namelessmc-voting-plugin-integration/, for my website and it has top voters. I sadly have yet to investigate how to limit it. If you want to see for yourself:
