I cant install NamelessMC V2 pre release 6

Hi, i have problem, when i want to install NamelessMC v2 pre release 6 it says Config not writable,but if i install NamelessMC v1 it work. I dont know how to fix it, please help me. Sorry for my english.
Config not writable means the file permissions for core/config.php are incorrect; it needs to be set so PHP has permission to edit the file.
Your web host should be able to help you with this.
