Email problem

hello i am trying to fix the email problem and i can't do this i press send a test email and he says:
To get a full debug log, edit core/classes/Email.php in a text editor, delete all code inside and replace with this new code. Then, when you send a test email, you will get full information on screen.
You can use this log to find out what's wrong, or you can send it to me via private message or Discord and I can tell you what the problem is.
Once you have the log copied, replace the code back to the original code.
