Hello,

I have a problem with my namelessmc website. When I type http://www.website.eu it shows me different page then http://website.eu. Also when I update a picture in template it doesnt work. On the website I see just the old picture. Anybody knows what could be the reason?

Hello and Thank you for contacting NamelessMC Support!

1 - Depending on how you setup your webhost, it can be setup to work with and without "www.". Of course if you prefer "www." you can force it in your StaffPanel settings.

2 - When uploading pictures on your StaffPanel make sure you clear your cache on your computer. Of course if you are using cloudflare make sure you clear it there first.

So every time I change something on my website every visitor would have to clear their cache and then refresh?

No, whever you upload a new logo or picture on the website normally the cache needs cleared. It normally is a one time thing.
