Smarty Template ERROR

Hello. Can someone help me with this error? It is happening when im trying to open my tebex integration store. Thanks! :)
Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template 'file:tebex/index.tpl' <-- thrown
Hi, it looks like your template doesn't support the Tebex module.
If you're using a custom template, you can contact the template author for support.
If you're using either the Default or Default Revamp template, make sure you have uploaded all files from within the Tebex module download as this includes the template files for these templates.
