Fixed issue with page query strings, which was causing 2nd page of posts to not work properly

Added tag system:
Tags can be created and edited in StaffCP, with name and color options
Tags can be assigned to posts, and will be shown on all pages except the posts widget
Sorting by tag will come in a future update

IMPORTANT! Follow these instructions to update:
Disable the ghost module in StaffCP -> Modules
Upload the new module code
Re-enable the module in StaffCP -> Modules

Failure to follow this procedure will result in issues on your site, so please ensure to do this.

Added a feature that allows you to upload images when creating/editing posts! (this feature is in BETA and may have issues)
For new posts, an image can be uploaded during the creation process - it will converted into webp format to optimize your site
For old posts, edit the post and delete the url of the old image to upload a new image
When creating new posts, external image URLs are no longer supported
