This bot may be the solution for you This discord bot allows you to integrate the forms module by Partydragen with discord and allow filling in forms from the website via discord. It allows you to customise what forms can be filled in via discord and supports most question types. Filled in forms will be posted on the submissions section of the forms module.

To start off with the discord bot, invite it and execute /setup in your discord server. It will explain how to set it up and more. You will need to have the forms module by Partydragen. At least version 1.9.0 (pre13+)
