Do you have access to a tool like phpMyAdmin to view the database? If so, can you find the nl2_posts table and see what the content in there looks like?

I got the same problem... e.g. Emoji's like: aren't showing on my page anymore since the last update to pre-10 Is there a way to fix it by myself?

The forum does not support the Cyrillic alphabet. Some of the characters, such as the capital "И", are simply cut off and the word "Игрок" turns into "грок". At the same time, the text goes into the database in an unreadable form, the use of decoding showed that the saving is in the cp1251 encoding, instead of the configured UTF8 in the database and on the server.
