How Can I Disable the "Minecraft Integration"

This is in Turkish but the English translation would be "should we activate the minecraft integration?" and I can not disable it since there are no "confirm" button or anything to confirm the change. I also can not disable the "obligatory minecraft premium accounts"
Would you be able to help about it?
