Email wont send validation emails or password reset emails but it will send test emails, mass message emails.

Please see the debugging section in our SMTP docs: https://docs.namelessmc.com/en/smtp

If you enable debugging as per the above docs, then if you send a password reset or a validation email, a full log should show on screen.
