Hi,

The error log looks unrelated in this case as it was from 5 days ago.

The text showing on your site is a result of editing some of the files on your website.

Unfortunately I cannot be specific as to which files have been edited as it could be any of them. The text at the top saying "Save New Duplicate & Edit Just Text Twitter" is not from Nameless so it has been copied from elsewhere and inserted into a file.

The text below this is from the .htaccess file so I would assume this file no longer exists or its contents are incorrect as this is also the cause of the 404s. Maybe the .htaccess file was missing so someone has tried to add it, and they have done so incorrectly? This wiki guide has further information on the .htaccess file.

You can try changing to the Default Revamp template to see if the text goes away. If so then the files which have been edited are within your custom template. If not then any file on the website could have been edited so try looking through the files on your web host and see if the Last Edited date of any of the files are different, then open them up to see if the text you're seeing at the top of the file has been pasted in by mistake.
