Version 2.0.0 Pre-Release 4

Hi everyone,
Version 2.0.0 pre-release 4 has finally been released! This has a huge number of fixes and changes since pre-release 3, including:
You can update from pre-release 3 via the AdminCP -> Update tab (don't forget to back your website up first!), and new installations can download it from https://github.com/NamelessMC/Nameless/releases/tag/v2.0.0-pr4
Please keep in mind, it's still a pre-release so there may be bugs and missing features. It's not recommended to use it on a public site.

- New permission system
- Added permission to only allow users to view their own topics in a forum
- Updated default template to Bootstrap 4.0.0
- Added profile views + private profiles
- New error system
- v1 legacy API and new v2 API
- Cookie notice
- Privacy policy
