Everything there appears to be normal, unfortunately as I can't reproduce the issue I can't suggest what the problem could be.

Well, we tried with Internet Explorer and Mozzilla Firefox and nothing changed.

I'm really sorry but I don't know what the problem is. My account on the site seems to work fine, I'm using Chrome on a Mac.

Is it just your account that has this problem, or do other accounts on the site also have the issue?

No, actually all of us have this problem. I asked to some users and staff and it stills the same.
The notifications doesn't appear as a "pull-up".
Anyways, we thank your help in our problem :)

No. But I have  a question... does it matter if we don't have the ssl certification?. Bc when I open de javascript console there's an error in the notification API

I don't think SSL certification matters, although there have been updates to browsers recently which might have changed this.
