Hello, I have a question. Is in 2.0.0-pre5 some addon to make announcements ? If yes, please can u show me where ? I'm completely blind or there is not something like that :D

If you're referring to the Latest Announcements section on the homepage, these are simply topics taken from a forum.
When you create/edit a forum, there is an option to display topics as news on the front page. If enabled, any topics in this forum will show in the Latest Announcements section.
