(v2.0.0-pr6) Theme Installer not working [Error 500]

I have a problem when i want to install a new theme on my nameless site, first i upload the required files of Nextyle.ZIP and then i go to AdminCP -> Layout -> Themes -> "Install" button.
And finally... HTTP ERROR 500.
Can someone help me to solve this issue?
Can you enable debugging in the StaffCP -> Configuration -> Maintenance tab, then try again? Hopefully an error will show on screen.
