I am quite new here as far as I researched I didn't find any tutorial / documentation for web developers how to integrate NamelessMC for custom design so I would like to ask if there is somewher some tutorial / dosumentation with things needed to know for developing design for NamelessMC CMS.

Currently there is no documentation on doing this I'm afraid. What you'll need to do to get started is copy one of the existing templates (from the custom/templates folder), and modify the class name, template name and paths in the template's template.php file accordingly.

You can then find all the CSS, JS and template files in your newly created template.
