can't displayed players online

Hi, so in first i'm sorry for my poor english.
I've a problem i don't konw why i can't displayed the players currently online on the home page.
"There are currently players online.
Connect now using the IP play.suburb.fr"
The status page works fine, the plugin is correctly linked to the website, but no players appears online.
Maybe somine have an idea ?

Can you try the external query option (StaffCP -> Integrations -> Minecraft -> Servers)?
I've already try this but nothing change. I'vent queries error. I'm confused
After few tries, the probleme remains only with my bungee, the status page it's ok, all player appears online on the bungee, but not in the server box
