Hi, each template you use will have its own readme file with information on how to install it. If you can't find the readme or the instructions are unclear, the best person to ask is the template author as they will be able to assist better than I can.

Hi, VotingPlugin will do this on your Minecraft server as long as you have configured it to use MySQL. I would recommend contacting the plugin author if you are unable to get this connected up.

I installed nameless but when trying to login or verify from the site this error is given:
There was an error loading this menu. The website owner needs to follow these steps to fix it:
1. Make sure the hostname value in core/config.php in FTP matches your site url.
2. If you are using the www. prefix make sure the force www option is enabled in StaffCP -> Configuration -> General Settings.
I tried everything, I put all possible hostnames:
sitename .it
www. sitename .it
https://www. sitename .it/
https://noemdelsito.it/
and I have already tried to force both the www and the https but nothing, how can I fix it? Maybe it's a CloudeFlare problem?

Hi,
I believe this has been solved via Discord but this is an issue with the template you are using (typically Cobalt) - as a result you should contact the template author for support.

Hi, there are installation instructions here: https://docs.namelessmc.com/en/installation - alternatively you can use a web host like https://namedhosting.com or https://namelesshosting.com which make this easier for you (both are unofficial)

heyyy , problem with friendly url , i did every thing what tutorial said checked few hundred times for errors , still the same problem , affter enabling friendly url uts just says :

The requested URL was not found on this server.

any fixes ? oh and store module not finding my api it says :
There has been no API fetch within the last hour, Is the nameless plugin installed, and is store module integration enabled in modules.yaml?
and yes there is no errors made , using spigot 1.19.2
website is on: Ubuntu-20.04 (64 bit) + LAMP +ssl from lets encrypt

Templates and modules that you see in the resources section are all developed by third parties, and they are not part of the Nameless core.
It is not the responsibility of the Nameless team to maintain these resources, it is up to the developer of them to keep them up to date. If you are purchasing a premium resource, then it's worth checking the terms and conditions of the purchase to see if there is any mention of your rights if the resource stops getting updated.

Version 2.2.2 is now available.
This includes some changes around the template class to reinstate some options to custom templates that were available in 2.1.x but not 2.2.0.
There are also some fixes around PHP 8.4, the report API endpoint, tables showing incorrectly in forum posts and changes to the block functionality.
Existing websites should upgrade through the staff control panel -> Update tab, and new installations can download the release from GitHub.

Following the release of 2.2.0 on Friday, 2.2.1 is now available. This includes translation updates and a widgets related fix for websites with certain data state.
If your website is still on 2.1.4, the upgrade package found in the staff panel will now take you straight to 2.2.1 instead of 2.2.0. You should still wait until your templates and modules are updated before upgrading from 2.1.4.
Existing websites on 2.2.0 can find the update in the StaffCP -> Update tab, and new installations should download nameless-deps-dist from the GitHub release, linked below.

If CGIPassAuth is causing an issue, it suggests that your Apache version is not recent enough to support it - Apache should be at least version 2.4.13 for CGIPassAuth.
When this line is commented out, and you are seeing the Nameless error screen, the file cache/logs/fatal-log.log should provide further information as to what is failing - it is likely unrelated to the htaccess issue.

The update broke my website, it is unusable.
Make sure you click on Upgrade after uploading the files - if you didn't do this, head straight to yoursite.com/index.php?route=/panel/upgrade
It is also important that the files are uploaded correctly, in that directories are merged and not replaced, as not every file is included in the upgrade package, only those that have changed.
If you are still experiencing issues, and all that you see is an error page, you can try checking either the Nameless error file (cache/logs/fatal-log.log), or your web server error logs for further information.
