[v1.7.1] Allow users to purchase products from your own store

- Add ability to disable player login on store (Force logged in user)
- Allow products to be free and no gateway loading when its free
- Bug Fix: Only display category description after logging into the store
- Bug Fix: Invalid store path when using non-friendly url
- Bug Fix: Fix missing payment status (Denied)

This update requires both template and ingame store plugin to be updated, If you use a custom template then you will need to wait until your template is updated
