I think as well as being able to see the latest punishments, it should also show up on the player's punishment page.

Example:

(The tab would be next to posts instead of underneath it)

When you click on it, it shows all of their punishments. 

Thanks for the suggestion, this is already in the works and will hopefully be ready before version 1.1.
