Hey I wanted to ask if it is possible to create a resources tab in my own forum like here on Namelessmc. Does anyone know how this works?

Yep, the Resources module is open source and can be downloaded from here: https://namelessmc.com/resources/resource/3-namelessmc-resources/

There are some basic installation instructions provided in the description
