I recently installed Nameless on my website, I was wondering if there was a feature that made you have to use the same IGN as in minecraft, Like validate it in game, if you don't, your account won't be made.

As @monjo44 says, there is an unofficial plugin available over on Spigot. You can then disable registering directly through the site in the AdminCP -> Core -> Modules -> Registration tab.
Alternatively, you can use mcassoc to verify user accounts, which can be enabled in the AdminCP -> Minecraft -> mcassoc tab.
