Hello,Looking for a reply, how can I create a blank page that will have a navbar? How do I create a blank page without navbar I know, but how about it? In short, make the web page look so fit.

If you create a new PHP file in the pages directory (for example if you'd like the URL to be yoursite.com/test, name the file test.php), and paste this code inside, you will have a template to work with which displays a navbar and a footer.
