New Pages aren't working

When I try to create a new page it works and all. I add it to the Navbar and everything. But when I actually click the page "Rules" which I created in the AdminCP > Pages, it redirects me to the 404 page.

@Novarisk Be sure you have setuped the permissions for each group and the url path starts with /
