Purge All Feature Request

The ability to click a button within the admin cp to purge all the information saved about a person. It will delete their account and eveything else. Also maybe add a button for the user to do this in the user cp?
Deleting a user in v2 will do this, the only exception currently is for extra modules such as the Resources module which I hope to add support for before the full release.
