Address translation problem

Hello
I have a minor problem the web is giving me the wrong address
this
http://projectsurvive.cz/domains/projectsurvive.cz/server/
instead of it
http://projectsurvive.cz/server
site is located /www/domains/projectsurvive.cz
I wrote here to support hosting and there they told me that there might be a problem with php applications that it doesn't write the address correctly

You can edit the file core/config.php and change the value of path to server
That's what I tried. But I have already solved it had to set up otherwise how hosting accessed domains
Hosting was set up for multiple domains and I set it up just for this one
